The IGNITION Whatsapp Group is designed to be a place for you to land in between calls, find practice partners, and share about your process. It's there for you to check in, to use for accountability if you so choose, connect in the sisterhood, and to remember that you're held in between our calls.
To get the most out of the group, these are the rails we're agreeing to:
We can cheer each other on and acknowledge each other in our process on the thread.
But,
let's avoid giving advice, fixing each other, or making women "feel better."
Being with the tough stuff that comes up in the process is part of the process. It leads to the breakthroughs. Don't take awakening away from your sisters!
Don't post things that distract from the point of the thread.
Promotional posts, articles outside the context of this course, etc. are not permitted.
We're agreeing to being a YES to the full range of expression within womanhood on the thread.
Meaning, if one sister is posting about her heartache, it's generally seen as impolite for another sister to share about her joyful ecstasy in her relationship. Not here. The invitation is for a new outlook, where we all shine brighter in each others' presence, and don't take care of each other by making ourselves smaller.
The group will open the day before the course begins, and close two days after its conclusion
on Friday, May 22nd, 2020 at 12PM EST.
The more you participate in the course, on the thread, and in between calls, the more you'll get from the program!
As a coach, I will match you. If you don't show up for yourself, you won't get much back from me. Meanwhile, if you're on the thread all the time or asking lots of questions, I might coach you, ask you questions, give you feedback, and cheer you on in your process. Not because I don't love you if you're less involved, but because I will always give you the bottom-line responsibility of showing up for your growth.
Confidentiality is maintained on the thread alongside our calls.
Don't screenshot, share, or show our thread to those outside of the course. What happens on the thread stays on the thread. Feel free to share about your experience, but keep others' confidential.
